We were contacted by Amy following an open home we attended during our search for a property to use as a rental. She was proactive, listened to our needs and took time to find suitable properties within our price range. She organized private viewings at times we were able to attend and if she didn't know the answers to our questions she made sure to follow up with the information. When we did find the right property she made sure we understood the auction process and was a great communicator, following up on a regular basis until settlement which was delayed somewhat due to Covid-19 restrictions.
